Move the required resource popup all the way to the right side of the screen.

The popup that shows the resources for different blocks while holding the welder or grinder obstructs the player view a lot due to it being close to the center of the screen. There is a bunch of free space to the right if the popup so if the popup was simply moved all the way to the right then the screen would feel less cluttered.
