Point for contract Excavation site reappears after completing all objectives

The contract Excavation site on Verdure has one of the battery points to finish building it reappears after completing all of the things needed to be finished. This also stays even after I turn in the contract at the station. I tried reloading the save, restarting the game, and abandoning the contract and completing it again but it still happens. Image is taken when I can turn in the contract to show which battery point appears after finishing all of the blocks.

I completed all waypoints except for drilling, and the waypoint for the battery also reappeared. I have captured a screenshot of the mission state and the state of the battery to show it as completed.

Voting up. I have the same issue and that site being 100 KM away from the contract terminal is very frustrating.
