turning ship off and back on causes held keys to need to be repressed VS2

While accelerating to space, I turned off the ships power while still holding W. once the speed drops a bit I turned it back on and the thrust was inactive until I released W and pressed it again. Further quick testing showed this applied to all movement keys, W,A,S,D,C,space
I have the same bug
