Verdure dirt blocks shouldn't sprout flora where dug out

Not only does it look strange when you dig into the ground and find dense grass and flowers growing where you dug, but it makes shallow tunnels very confusing to navigate because there is a huge curtain of vegetation blocking your view until you excavate out to a very large tunnel.

This was very noticeable at the part of the tutorial where you have an iron deposit under ground and have to dig into it, since the iron is very shallow once I had dug it out I found it difficult to find my way through the tunnel back because it was absolutely choked with vegetation.

It also hides whatever dirt textures exist entirely so we never see them, so we're not seeing the art that somebody worked on. This is fine in Space Engineers 1 where we don't expect it to look amazing at all times, but it feels like SE2 is trying to wow us with amazing visuals and tunneling into the ground to find dense grass already growing is not wowing.
