New toolbar navigation fells clunky. suggest option to revert to legacy style.

This system of the scroll wheel taking you thru left right in your toolbar instead up down in a category will likely bottleneck when there are more blocks in the game. I prefer the old way I'd like the categories to be dense enough to fit every block in the game into the toolbars with a toolbar left for my own blueprints.
