SE 2 Win 10 VS 2 post update game wont launch

After update on win 10 i got thiss error . With 0 error logs
tried verify and reinstal game several times.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeFrce RTX 3070 Ti - drivers up to date version 581.80
RAM: 32GB
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB
win events 0 critical errors
2 days i could run game with no problem befre todays patch
