Camera Sensitivity Inconsistency issue

When I look around in the game, the camera sensitivity does not stay the same. It seems to be affected by entering complex build grids. This is very annoying and makes the game almost unplayable even with graphics on lowest. FPS are good as well (70+ when in ship no RT). I tried FSR, no FSR, vsync, no vsync, and many other combos and this issue still persists.
My specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
AMD rx6700xt (12gb)
48gb 3.2ghz RAM
Sata SSD (Game installed on SSD)
Using 1440x3440 monitor
