Terraforming Aids on planets.

Terraforming in SE1 is too difficult to do without some pretty intense structures and often can't be done with a mobile grid. Making the terrain deformation easier to fix on a point and allow for easy creation of natural ramps or roads on planets would be a really useful feature.
