Improve foliage variety

Currently there are only trees and some sort of flowery grass. As a result, foliage (and thus the planet) looks very boring and artificial. What would greatly improve this is having a bunch of other plants in the grass, such as different grass types, weeds, real flowers, ferns, etc.
The same goes for forests. Add a variety of bushes and smaller trees.
