Tropical Island Biome (with mangroves)

Title says it all really, but I think it would be a great idea to have tropical islands on either the water planet or Verdue.
Would absolutely love to build a small submarine base on a tropical island and then dive into the water from there.
The tropical islands could come in different sizes - some might only be a few 100 meters across while other ones could be over a kilometer (mindful that craft in this game would easily cross a 1km distance).
The tropical islands could even have their own biomes - mangroves forests on some portion, and tropical forest on the rest of the island.
Three tropical island biomes I can think of:
1. Tropical Forest
2. Wetlands
3. Mangroves
