Stuttery Mouse Movement

There are two main problems shown in the video,

1. Frame time appears consistent while mouse movements stutters in first person mode.

2. When flying a vehicle the free camera rebounds when moving too quickly.

Overall mouse movements feel delayed outside of menus. I am using a G pro wireless mouse, and other users have described issues with Logitech devices, see (https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers2/pc/topic/45617-negative-mouse-acceleration-but-only-on-the-horrizontal-axis#comment-99566). They also described the feeling of mouse acceleration activating when moving the mouse quickly which is consistent with what I am feeling. Using the arrow keys to move the camera is smooth and has no issues.

System Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x

GPU: rx 9070 xt

Ram: 32 GB 3600 MT/s

Fresh windows 11 install as of 8/24/2025.

AMD Adrenaline Driver Version: 25.8.1

Windows High Precision Mouse turned off.

Issue persists with Vsync toggled on or off, and with any combination of the setting presets.
