Broken sound with multiple sources of the same kind

It's hard to explain but something is very wrong in how sound is "mixed" with other sources of same sounds. Here I have example with 4 reactors. On first two images I am "outside" around reactors. On the third image I am in between reactors.

So on first two images no matter where I am "outside" of those reactors AND how I am oriented relative to them I only receive loud reactor hum on the left speaker. On third image I am "inside" in between all of those reactors and I receive almost no sound at all, it feels like their noise cancels each other?

ALL OF THIS IS VERY INCONSISTENT

Now after getting very close to those reactors sound seems to work good, BUT only for the closest reactor. Once you get between two reactors sound begins to behave weird.

After I stood for a bit by those reactors I flew away and the sound seems to have "frozen". No matter how far I fly away I always hear loud reactor hum on both speakers. And again, no matter how oriented I am I hear the same loud hum like if I was looking straight at the single reactor from a meter away.

Another update: AFTER EXITING TO MENU THE REACTOR HUM PERSISTS, on both speakers.

Disclaimer: I alt+TAB alot while writing this, so maybe this may have something to do with those issues?
