bug- Ui after getting in/out seat

If you turn off the gyroscopes for a ship,
then get into the cockpit/ seat. the dot where you are pointing/aiming is not there, if you turn the gyros back on - without getting out of seat- the ui does not turn on the aiming reticle. you need to get out and back into the cockpit/ seat.
