Vrage3 Mod editor - Unable to load DLL 'OpenCvSharpExtern' or one of its dependencies

when right click > create asset > composite texture
at first you get
Unresolved asset dependency - reference to an unknown asset 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
and when you choose a preset ref:
Unable to load DLL 'OpenCvSharpExtern' or one of its dependencies: The specified module could not be found. (0x8007007E)
