[ModSDK] Name field on CubeBlockComponent no longer editable

The Vrage3 Editor is no longer able to change the Name field on blocks.
- Make a block from prefab (or from definition?)
- Attempt to set Name
- Field not-editable, cant change it
Block name is thus whatever the default was when you copied/created/duplicated the block component definition.
I have the same bug Access denied
