Smelting Ore into Components?

That... doesn't make any sense. I understand what you're trying to do with the new production chain, but calling the block a Smelter, and it's larger sibling a Refinery no longer makes sense from a naming perspective. I would suggest calling them a 3D Printer and an Industrial Printer
