Slow motion option for replay tool

I watched one of Luca's videos this morning with explosions and stuff, followed by Luca's review on the damage effects. I thought that it would cool to have a slow motion play/process mode to show the destruction happening block by block with more detail in the replay tool.
This would be good for cinematic production, allowing for more frames than would be in post production.
