25 cm fluid pipes

I was actually using the 50cm conveyors to set up "sewage" lines when I thought of this, but having smaller pipes for fluids could make it easier to design ships for fueled thrusters, reactors or whatever.
This may only make sense with a more complex logistics system, like pipes only handling one type of fluid at a time, or like something others have submitted, but it might be nice even on it's own.
