Graphic settings are not saved / Can´t see a difference in available options

1) I have to manually select monitor 2 everytime after the game is started. (to make sure its right the next time I ll start the game) The game will start on the choosen monitor 2 but in the settings monitor 1 will be selected after a new start . If i dont change it the game will start on the wrong monitor 1 the next time I start it.
2) I have no way to tell the difference between the two options for monitor 1 and monitor 2
