Planet Ore Sparser Setting

Hello,
As a long time mainly planetary player of 3.5k hours, I think this would be a great generation setting to promote players to explore more of planet's surface. The planets are large, beautiful and it's hard to find a reason to explore them after you set up your first base. This is because all of the ores (exe. platinum and uranium) are all findable within 2k of your base. The generation setting could solve this concern and promote players to set-up outposts and other implantations. The generation could either or both, spread the ore farther horizontally from each other or be deeper into the planet.
