[Suggestion] Subdivision and Merging

Now that we a have a unified grid system for the cubes to be placed on, hopefully we will see subdivision (converting a large cube that's been placed as a large cube, into many smaller cubes), and merging (converting many small cubes that were placed as small cubes, into one big cube so long as they would occupy the same space).

Ideally, it would be done with a tool and when a block is highlighted, if it is a large block, there is an option to split it into smaller versions, and if it is a small block, (AND there are more surrounding it that take up the total space of a large block), there is an option to merge them into one larger block.

Honestly, I'm 100% fine with overlapping parts, if it's an experimental option, that prohibits separation of intersecting rigidbodies.

I can see many situations where this might be useful:

- While building, realized you ended up placing an entire large block worth of small blocks in a space anyways, now you don't wish to pick them all back up and place a large block.

- While building, you now have an awesome large ship, but you wanna stick some little blocks in some spaces to make it feel more detailed and alive.

Later on, maybe this can turn into a way to simplify armor by "glueing" many blocks together to act as one single block, this would help the engine perform calculations MUCH easier and faster, and increase sim speed when many NPC ships and drones are encountered at once, damage would be done to the entire new part.

Alternatively, since we already have custom blueprints, maybe the option to turn them into one single new block, in-game. This would make building much easier, along with engine performance.
