Verticle monitor scaling issue

I have a secondary monitor that is set in a vertical "portrait" position which I have steam full screened on. Whenever I open Space Engineers 2 the game opens in a vertical 16x9 aspect ratio, regardless of what monitor the game is opened on and regardless if the monitor is plugged in the issue still persists. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the issue still persists and I am unable to access the games settings as they are off of the monitor because of the scaling and the window cannot be moved.
