Display adapter chosen in display settings isn't saved when exiting the settings menu.

This is before I changed the settings for which monitor it opens in.

This is when I exit and come back to the settings menu:
That setting isn't being saved, so it's always opening in the wrong monitor every time I launch the game. Also I don't have 6 monitors like the game claims I do. I have three monitors only.
Here is a screenshot to show what I mean: 
That should only show 3 monitors and 3 displays, not 6.

The setting did save, but the display adapter chosen is displaying the wrong number, is should say Display 1 and not Display 3.
I just rebooted the game and it opened in the right monitor this time. which is correct.
But it showing that I have 6 monitors is still a bug.
