Armor blocks warping or deforming after time everywhere on the ship

Once I leave the game after some building and then come back in the next day, allot of both the heavy and light armor blocks are deforming everywhere around the ship.
Does armor need structural support to avoid this? How does armor mechanics work? Is this supposed to happen?
This is on a very large ship of over 300k blocks so far.

I have the same bug 
same thing happening here, To multiple different grids in the same world. PCU limit mod is installed and I have 500k PCU total with over 5 separate grids. It's bizarre.

Does this issue occurs after pasting / partial pasting other grids on to your ship?
