Programmable Blocks in SE2 Have Multiple Files~

More of a request that Programmable Blocks in SE2 to be able to have multiple files so we can better organize our code. Also if maybe we have a bit of code highlighting. Would be great!
Would also love if we could be able to include some of the internal C# libraries but I 100% understand if we can't do that for security reasons. Multiple files will allow us to create libraries that we can use and share in SE2 and help us build frameworks. I totally want to make a new DB script in SE2. Through, if a programmable block could make an sqlite3 db, that would totally be better than any script I could cook up.
