Phantom PCU
Solved
Some BPs display incorrect PCU values. Copy, paste, and targeting with create BP, list correct values; but, created BPs list a larger values sometimes. Pasting these "corrupted" grids onto other grids, restores the correct values though.

UPDATE: Block groups seem to increase PCU. probably counting it twice as a result.

Block groups will no longer count more PCU than the Grid has. Could you please confirm that this is the case for you?
