Introducing item rarity could be a lot of fun. Tradable skins are a cool first foray into this idea, only pertaining to item rarity within the Steam inventory; but what if every item in the game had a rarity marker? Tools, weapons, and practical spacesuit upgrades could be found that are better than those which can be crafted, have unique modifiers, etc. Each blueprint would have an assigned rarity level, which would correspond to its SC value so that duplicates could be sold to NPCs.
