Sperate Blueprint tab for partial copied grids and quick toolbar adding.

I think the partial copy ability will be amazing for building but it is a little bit of a pain to have to sift through all the different grids on the blueprint page just to add them to the toolbar. Adding an ability to add a Partial copied grid blueprint to the toolbar immediately after selecting the partial copy would save the headache of having find it in the blueprints page. Additionally having a separate page specifically for these kinds of grids would be useful so the player does not have to look through both partial copied blueprints and full ship/station blueprints. Maybe it would be better to allow the players to add different tabs to the blueprint page for different blueprints instead of it being one long page.
