Blueprints will not load

After the update, whenever I tried to load a blueprint of any kind in any way that involved getting it from the menu (going to workshop, local blueprints, the toolbar), it would not load at all. In the workshop and local blueprints menu, pressing to place does nothing. There is not even any lag of any kind. In the case of the workshop, it is forced to load the menu items forever until I close it. With the toolbar, selecting blueprints does not pawn them. using ctrl + c on already placed grids works though.
