Changing light RGB values through other control blocks

In SE1, light blocks could have their RGB values set, but there was no way to control these values outside of using custom programming scripts.


In SE2, light block RGB values should be able to be set or triggered by other blocks.


For instance, a light that is red until a certain condition is met, then a trigger turns it green. When the condition is no longer true, the light turns red again.
