Greater control of spot and point lighting

Suggestion:

  • Add configurable beam angle field to spot lights
  • Add "Max distance" to both spot and beam lights (unsure if possible with RT?)

Spotlights have a fixed beam angle - would be nice to expose this in the block's settings. Right now, the only way to get a wider beam is to place the block further away - which can be an inconvenience.

Point lights also fill up a room, and the brightness seems a bit handwavey as to how bright it is. However, these can bleed a bit too much into a room - if I want a red light that just affects the immediate area - even if physically unrealistic -it's really hard for me to acheive that currently without flooding the room with the colour. Having a "Max distance" value means I can still have a bright light, but only affect a small area.
