Reorganized block shapes and added 1.25m blocks, long blocks.

SpaceEngineers2 grid system is great and easy to combine. I believe that various block shapes will be added in the future.

But before I do that, I felt the need to sort it out once and for all, so I'm sending you my opinion.

request.

- Add a new 1.25m block and Long Blocks. 4types and 5types 2size

- Reorganize armor block groups according to the ratio of side lengths.

- I recommend adding the Detailing Block as a Mini Armor Block without making it special. (Mini is a temporary name.)

The types of block groups and shapes may be organized as follows. Total 66types

2.50m & 0.50m Block 29types 2size = 58types

Cube Blocks 6types (1:1:1)

Cube / Slope / Corner / Inv.Corner / CornerSquare / Inv.CornerSquare

Half Blocks 7types (2:2:1)

Half Cube / Half Slope / Half WideSlope / Half Corner / Half Inv.Corner / Half CornerSquare / Half Inv.CornerSquare

Long Blocks 7Types (2:1:1)

Long Cube / Long Slope / Long WideSlope / Long Corner / Long Inv.Corner / Long CornerSquare / Long Inv.CornerSquare

Other Blocks 9Types (1:1:1)

Slope Transition base / Slope Transition / Slope Transition Tip

Slope Transition base Mirrored / Slope Transition Mirrored / Slope Transition Tip Mirrored

Raound Slope / Round Corner / Round Inv.Corner

1.25m & 0.25m Block 4types 2size = 8types

Mini Blocks 4types

Mini Cube / Mini Slope / Mini Corner / Mini Inv.Corner

(Please reconsider the name of each shape with reference to the image. I am not familiar with English.)

Why should you do it?

- I think it is appropriate to select shapes that are intended to be combined for SpaceEngineers2 grid system.

- I believe that by creating a simple foundation, there is no need to prepare complex blocks.

- I think it makes sense mathematically to divide the groups based on the ratio of side lengths.

- The order of shapes is uniform, making it easier to find the shape you are looking for.

You may think it is troublesome that you always need to combine to make the same shape as SE1. Of course, there are also concerns about the load on computational processing.

I also know that the production team will have to throw away various things they had prepared for SE2 and start over.

However, I think that if you have these, you can make the most of SE2 grid system and expand the range of new creations.

I would be happy if you would consider this.

Below is a picture of the required shape. (I have reproduced the required shapes in SE1)

White is the shape currently implemented in SE2.

- Red are blocks that need to be newly added.

- Yellow is what is in SE1. They need to be added.

- Green is a special shape in SE1. You need to consider whether it is also necessary for SE2.

- Blue is a Block that can be reproduced in SE2 in combination. We will be able to create more than these.

(Shapes that cannot be reproduced even with SE1 are represented using panels. Sorry if this is difficult to understand.)
