'Offset' conveyers to allow functionality with the new grid system.

So the new 25cm grid system has allowed some pretty crazy creations. However part way through designing a ship, I realised that if conveyers are similar to those in SE1, every connected component of a ship would still be limited to a 0.5m resolution in order for the conveyers to line up.
However if an 'offset' conveyer was provided, then players could still place their components on the 25cm grid, while using the offset conveyer to connect them to other parts.
The example I've provided would be 0.5m x 0.5m x 0.75m.
