Allow us to turn off the crosshairs and change colour, transparency and shape

The crosshair permanently on is annoying I know this is probably a unpopular view however can you just make the crosshair optional? It can't be too hard to just make it an option. And I am sure the majority of people at least would like to customise it l, shapes colours, transparency those are popular options.
