Game just locks up PC if you leave it on long enough

I left the game on for a few hours doing nothing whilst I had a few chores to do.
The keyboard was unresponsive, the mouse was frozen, all that I could do was a hard boot.
I do not have any energy saving features set.
This is the second time it has happened.
It does not happen with other games.
I have the same bug Access denied
