Tab ghosting when creating blueprints

While editing the image of blueprints or even creating and deleting them upon clicking confirm causes the windows to switch and drop opacity values and "ghost" on the screen freezing the game and gui controls completely. The only way to fix this is closing the game and not using blueprints :/

I have the same bug 
While my game still froze I decided to delete my ships blueprint before the game started bugging like this and restarted my game and the blueprint create system worked and I was able to save my ship again. maybe try the same and see if it works for you?
