[IDEA] thrusters and speed

I feel like a universal max speed for ships and players is not a good fit. In my opinion it would be nice for the player to have a certain speed they can get up to along with the small and large scale ships each having their own.
To add on top of that, I feel like it would also fit for there to be a different type of thruster, with more resources and demand once survival comes out, to go beyond the said max speed for the different ship sizes
