Grouping UI

Need More Information

There are a couple issues that I’ve found with this.

1) When there is a large group, like 50 thrusters for example, selecting the group only selects the first 10 that are on your screen in sight. So if you want to select the whole group you have to go through and individually select each one which is just tedious.

2) Tabs; Whenever you disband a group, create a group, and sometimes interacting with specific objects it will open all of your other groups even if the tabs are closed, which means you have to scroll all the way back down to the bottom again.

Duplicate!

Plausible: Steps to reproduce. Context; within the UI [K]Menu whilst in a cockpit or control seat.

1. Make a few groups of blocks, leave at least one functional block out of a group. (may need to have enough groups and non-grouped blocks in the list to fill the list field; was not needed in my tests)

2. Collapse those newly created groups leave

3. Disband(delete) at least one of those block group (this set may not be necessary to reproduce; was not needed in my tests)

4. Do something(anything) with a non-grouped block. All the collapsed groups will be expanded.
