Audio engine gets overwhelmed, can persist until game relaunch

The exact behavior is difficult to pin. What is consistent is that any time a large amount of sound instances are created, there exists the chance for this to occur. This is not concerning "skipping sound" during moments of extremely low sim speed, rather it is an issue that shows afterwards.

The only expression I can produce in the log looks to be a symptom of the issue. The log is attached as well.

"VRageWorker 12 -> [Audio]: Could not set 3d instance transform for event:/SFX/Explosions/DamageIncrementalMetal with result ERR_INVALID_HANDLE"

Which worker produces the error changes each time the test is performed. As the exact behavior can change, I've produced a video showing two different instances of this occurring. As noted in the ticket title, this issue persists beyond world state i.e. returning to main menu and loading a save does not resolve the issue. The bug can be so severe that menu sounds are impacted.
