Suggestion: Tool for a lamps settings

Hello. I just want to share with you my little idea.
I suggest to make a tool that the allows you to change light settings (color, brightness etc.). So how do I see it: choose as many lamps as you want, so you don't have to select them from the list, open settings (something like paint tool) and adjust as you want.
Something like that. I think that would be useful.
