Full Bright Illumination Environment setting

Keen One thing that we Builders need when in creative is a way to fully illuminate the world and blocks that we are building when building in creative mode.
Too many times we keep having to adjust the Sun or add artificial lighting just so we can see what we are building.
This needs to be addressed and fixed.
