Hotkey toolbar Maxed + custom default

In SE1 I am always running out of space on the hot bar system.
Finding the I have to remove an item to paste in a new one.
Half an hour later I need the one that I removed back.
Now that Blueprints are on the hotkey toolbar, and it has been proposed to put colours on there too, I wonder if my hotkey toolbar problem will become worse.
I like all of these things on the hotkey toolbar, but I do not think its all going to fit.
Emotes often end up as the first sacrifice when I am building.
The other thing is that I like to set my toolbar up in the same way for each new game. Can I save and recall a custom default for my toolbar setup?
