Conveyed Merge Block

Currently there is a build limitation when using projectors and merge blocks in that if you want to pass things to the newly built block you need to build another clunky line of blocks. Given that welders currently build 1 block in front of them this is highly limiting.
To fix this problem I propose a new block called the Conveyed Merge Block. It would combine the properties of a merge block with that of a conveyor junction., allowing a grid to be merge onto an existing grid while providing in addition providing conveyor access.
