Can't place blueprint as new grid while selected

If you have a blueprint selected, there is no option to hit "j" to paste it as a new grid as with other blocks. However, if you select a different block and hit "j" and then go back to selecting a blueprint it will paste as a new grid.
I think this is a bug and you should be able to hit "j" with a blueprint selected to switch between pasting it as a new grid or not.

But you don't need to hit 'J' when placing a blueprint to make it a new grid.
You just paste it away from existing grids and it will be its own grid.
