Future AI vs Player View Distance Balancing

In SE1 on Mars I can not see more than 100m in the dust storms, but the AI can hit the cab perfectly every time at 1400m. So my point here is AI should have reduced engagement distance and accuracy according to weather like a real player would.
Also When I make a AI turret I am only allowed less than half of other AI range. I am dead before I get in range.
