Ability To Throw An Item or Weapon When in the Space suit

The ability to throw a weapon or item a short distance <30m when in the space suit should be a feature in Space Engineers 2.
This would open up a lot of options for modding such as grenades as well as additional gameplay such as passing objects to one another.
