Failing to Load

I was able to get the game to sort of load once, I had the small loading screen then it loaded the VS1 full screen and my laptop crashed, since then I have not even had the small loading screen, i click play in steam, i get the let this software make changed to your device pop up, click yes and nothing, the stop icon in steam changes back to play.

AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS
64GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX 7700S
Windows 11 23H2
No Crash report to upload as there is none
