Please make player light 1.5x brighter

I can barely see with it on, and i've turned it off many times thinking i never turned it on, when on it just evens out the current light, and off it's slightly darker.
I've checked my settings, and have tried both low and max, rt on and off, and the issue persists.
I'm not asking for a spot light, just close to SE1 in difference
