Pasting from clipboard/BPs should allow fine-tuned positioning just like the partial copy feature

Hey!
When pasting from the clipboard or from partial blueprints/nacelles/etc, it gets kind of tricky to align the piece you're copying with where in the existing grid you want to paste it to/attach it to.
The way you've implemented the partial copy feature I think is pretty much perfect. It allows you to move around to check exactly which blocks you're copying, and edit the selection box by holding CTRL+direction and scroll. Then releasing CTRL allows for character movement without moving the selection box.
I think the same should happen when pasting, as that would allow fine-grained controls for aligning attachment points.

I think being able to paste grids or partial copies is a game changer but I'm having a lot of trouble getting them to go where I need them to. The suggestion above would be a perfect solution.
