Hello engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

We have fixed an issue related to this exception error in update version 0.12.23.32 (the latest update is 0.12.23.33). Could you please check if your game is updated to the latest version? After updating, please verify your game files in Steam:

  • Right-click on Space Engineers 2 in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files (wait until the process reaches 100%).

Once done, launch the game and check if the issue still occurs. If it does, please send us the log files from the time of the crash.

  • You can find the log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar, which will take you to the hidden Roaming folder. From there, navigate to ; Roaming\SpaceEngineers2\Temp\Logs and send us the latest SpaceEngineers2_ and _Render12 files. Also, please include the CrashReport_ file from Roaming\SpaceEngineers2\Temp\MiniDumps.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could also share the steps we can follow to reproduce this issue on our side.

Kind Regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department

Salutations, it seems to have either been a one time crash or has been fixed since this post, It has not happened again, even when I tried reproducing it directly after the crash incident.

Also, The website does not seem to allow me to post any text files, only screenshots and videos, Hence why instead of sending the raw text file I included the crash log in the main report as text.
